Day-by-Day Tour Plan
Day 1
ARRIVAL IN KATHMANDU & SIGHTSEEING :
Arrive at Kathmandu International Airport, where you will be welcomed by our representative with a traditional Nepali Khada or garland. Depending on your arrival time, visit the sacred Pashupatinath Temple and the magnificent Boudhanath Stupa, two of Kathmandu’s most renowned spiritual landmarks. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 2
KATHMANDU TO POKHARA :
After breakfast, depart for the beautiful lakeside city of Pokhara. Enjoy a scenic drive through Nepal’s countryside, rivers and mountain landscapes. The road journey takes approximately 6–7 hours, covering around 200–205 km, depending on traffic and road conditions. Alternatively, you may opt for a domestic flight at an additional cost. Arrive in Pokhara, check in to your hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Pokhara.
Day 3
POKHARA SIGHTSEEING :
Early in the morning, visit Sarangkot Hill to witness a spectacular sunrise over the Himalayan mountain ranges. En route, visit Bindabasini Temple. After breakfast, explore Davis Falls and Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave. Enjoy boating on the beautiful Phewa Lake and visit Tal Barahi Temple, located on an island in the lake. The afternoon is free for shopping and optional adventure activities such as paragliding, zip-lining, ultralight flights or bungee jumping. Overnight stay in Pokhara.
Day 4
POKHARA TO CHITWAN :
After breakfast, drive to Chitwan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its wildlife and natural beauty. Check in to your jungle resort and enjoy lunch. Later, experience a guided jungle walk, visit a traditional Tharu village and enjoy a beautiful sunset by the river. Overnight stay in Chitwan.
Day 5
CHITWAN JUNGLE ACTIVITIES :
After breakfast, enjoy a day of nature and wildlife experiences in Chitwan. Activities may include a canoe ride on the river, birdwatching, a guided jungle walk and a visit to a crocodile-breeding area or other conservation facilities, subject to availability. In the evening, experience a traditional Tharu cultural dance performance. Wildlife sightings depend on natural conditions. Overnight stay in Chitwan.
Day 6
CHITWAN TO KATHMANDU :
After breakfast, depart for Kathmandu by road, with an approximate journey time of 6–7 hours depending on traffic and road conditions. You may visit Manakamana Temple en route, subject to the route, timing and cable-car operation. On arrival in Kathmandu, check in to your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 7
DEPARTURE FROM KATHMANDU :
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Kathmandu International Airport according to your flight schedule. Arrive at the airport approximately three hours before departure for your onward journey with wonderful memories of Nepal.
